2 tablespoons instant coffee

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 tablespoons hot water

1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy as preferred)

Ice cubes (optional, for iced coffee)

Cocoa powder or ground cinnamon (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, granulated sugar, and hot water.

    Using an electric mixer on high speed, whip the mixture for about 2 to 4 minutes until it becomes light, fluffy, and forms stiff peaks. If you don’t have an electric mixer, you can use a whisk, but it may take much longer and require more elbow grease!

      In a glass, pour your milk of choice over ice cubes if you want it iced, or heat the milk if you prefer it warm.

        Spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the milk, creating a beautiful layered effect.

          Use a spoon to gently stir the whipped coffee into the milk for a delicious blend or leave it layered for a stunning visual appeal.
