The BEST Jalapeno Popper Dip

A delightful twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or canned, seeds removed for less spice)

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or sliced veggies for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon (if using), green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and evenly coated.

Transfer the dip mixture to a 9-inch baking dish or an ovenproof skillet, spreading it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional sliced green onions or jalapeños if desired.

Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced veggies for dipping.
