Ingredients

1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)

1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Pie Crust: Lay the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate. Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling, and set aside.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans. Mix well to combine all the dry ingredients.

Add the Chips: Stir in the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips into the dry mixture, ensuring everything is evenly distributed.

Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and stir until all the dry ingredients are well coated.

Fill the Pie Crust: Carefully pour the entire mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.

Bake: Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the edges of the pie crust are lightly browned.

Cool Down: Once baked, remove the pie from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for at least 15 minutes.

Serve: Cut into slices and serve warm or chilled with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat!
