1 tablespoon coarse sea salt

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients: coarse sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, dried oregano, and ground cumin.

    Using a whisk or a fork, mix the ingredients together until they are well-blended and uniform in color.
