Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup warm water

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked rice (preferably Mexican style)

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Add the taco seasoning and warm water to the cooked beef. Stir and let simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.

In a separate bowl, combine the cooked rice with half of the shredded cheddar cheese.

Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Add a generous scoop of the beef mixture, followed by a spoonful of the cheesy rice, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños (if using).

Sprinkle a little more cheddar cheese on top of the filling. Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.

Optionally, toast the burritos on a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
