Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup warm water

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup warm tortillas (large)

1 can (15 oz) refried beans

½ cup diced onions

½ cup diced tomatoes

½ cup sour cream

1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

Season the Beef: Add the taco seasoning and warm water to the skillet with the beef. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.

Prepare the Tortillas: While the beef is cooking, warm the tortillas in a microwave or skillet until soft and pliable.

Assemble the Burritos: Spread a generous layer of refried beans on each warm tortilla. Add a scoop of the seasoned beef mixture on top, then sprinkle with diced onions and tomatoes.

Add Cheese: Drizzle with nacho cheese sauce and a dollop of sour cream, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over it all.

Wrap it Up: Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and roll it up from the bottom to form a burrito.

Toast (Optional): For an extra crispy exterior, place the rolled burritos back onto a skillet over medium heat and toast lightly on all sides until golden brown.

Serve: Cut the burritos in half and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Enjoy your homemade Beefy Melt Burrito!
