Ingredients

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened)

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, crushed graham crackers, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well mixed and the mixture begins to clump together.

Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up, making it easier to shape.

Once chilled, use your hands to scoop out small portions of the mixture (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls.

Roll each ball in the powdered sugar until thoroughly coated. Place the rolled balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Once all the balls are shaped and coated, return the sheet to the fridge for another 30 minutes to set.

Serve chilled as a sweet treat, or store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
