Ingredients

6 ears of fresh corn on the cob, husked and cleaned

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Freshly cracked black pepper (optional)

Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or basil, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Corn: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the husked corn on the cob and cook for 5–7 minutes, or until tender. Remove the corn and let it cool slightly.

Make the Honey Butter: In a medium bowl, mix together the softened butter, honey, sea salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined and creamy.

Add Flavor: For an extra kick, feel free to stir in some freshly cracked black pepper to the honey butter mixture.

Butter the Corn: Once the corn is cool enough to handle, place each ear on a plate or cutting board. Using a butter knife or spatula, generously spread the sweet honey butter mixture over each ear of corn.

Garnish (Optional): If desired, sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs for a pop of color and flavor.

Serve: Enjoy the sweet and savory flavors immediately while the corn is warm, and watch your guests devour every delicious bite!
