Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup granola (your choice)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 banana, sliced

1 cup diced mango or pineapple

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: Wash the mixed berries thoroughly and slice the strawberries and banana. If using, peel and dice the mango or pineapple into bite-sized pieces.

Layer the Parfaits: In a clear glass or bowl, start with a spoonful of Greek yogurt at the bottom. Follow it with a layer of granola (about 2 tablespoons).

Add the Fruit: Layer on your choice of fruits. Begin with a layer of sliced bananas, followed by mixed berries, and top with the diced mango or pineapple.

Repeat Layers: Continue layering the yogurt, granola, and fruit until you reach the top of your glass, finishing with a layer of yogurt. Make sure the top layer is yogurt for a creamy finish.

Drizzle and Garnish: If desired, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top layer of yogurt. Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves for added color and aroma.

Serve Immediately: Enjoy your Sunrise Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits right away, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes if preparing in advance.
