Ingredients

1 ¾ cups crushed sugar cookies (store-bought or homemade)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 tablespoon sprinkles (optional, for garnish)

2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for sweetness, if desired)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed sugar cookies, softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar (if using). Mix until well combined and smooth.

Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Chill the truffle balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until firm.

While the truffles are chilling, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth.

Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate, using a fork to coat them evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Immediately sprinkle the tops with sprinkles before the chocolate sets (optional).

Once all truffles are coated, refrigerate for another 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

Serve chilled or at room temperature, and enjoy!
