For the Dough:

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast

½ cup warm milk (110°F)

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp salt

For the Filling:

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1 cup cream cheese, softened

For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

2 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Make the Dough: In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy. In a larger mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and mix well. Gradually add flour and knead until you get a smooth dough (about 5-7 minutes).

    First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and allow it to rise in a warm area for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

      Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy. In another bowl, combine brown sugar with cinnamon.

        Roll it Out: Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into an approximately 16x24-inch rectangle.

          Assemble Rolls: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Then, sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture on top, followed by the diced strawberries.

            Form the Rolls: Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Cut into 12 even pieces and place them in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

              Second Rise: Cover the rolls with a damp cloth again and let them rise for an additional 30-45 minutes.

                Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

                  Bake: Once the rolls are puffed up nicely, bake them in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

                    Glaze Preparation: While the rolls are baking, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth for the glaze.

                      Glaze the Rolls: After the rolls are out of the oven, let them cool slightly before drizzling the cream cheese glaze over the top.
