Ingredients

1 can (about 8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

2 tbsp strawberry jam

1/4 cup granola (optional, for added crunch)

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Additional powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.

Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each triangle.

Place a few slices of fresh strawberries on top of the cream cheese, then drizzle a little strawberry jam over the strawberries. For added crunch, sprinkle some granola if desired.

Starting from the wide end, carefully roll up each triangle toward the point, forming a roll.

Place the rolls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Once baked, allow the rolls to cool slightly on a wire rack. Dust with additional powdered sugar before serving.

Enjoy warm and fresh, pairing with more strawberries or a drizzle of syrup if desired!
