Spinach-Artichoke Dip Wonton Cups

A delightful twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients
  

1 package (12 oz) won ton wrappers

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil spray, for greasing

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare wonton cups: Lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil spray. Carefully press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, forming a cup shape.

      Bake wonton wrappers: Bake the wontons in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crisp. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

        Make the dip mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped spinach, and artichoke hearts. Mix well until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

          Fill the wonton cups: Spoon the spinach-artichoke mixture into each baked wonton cup, filling them generously.

            Bake again: Return the filled wonton cups to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the tops are slightly golden.
