1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the graham cracker crumbs, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

      Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

        Add Eggs and Vanilla: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

          Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using.

            Layer the Mixture: Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Drizzle half of the chocolate fudge sauce on top.

              Add Marshmallows: Sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the fudge sauce, then pour the remaining batter on top, spreading it out gently to cover.

                Top it Off: Drizzle the remaining chocolate fudge sauce on top of the batter.

                  Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).

                    Cool and Slice: Remove from the oven and allow the bars to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes. Lift them out using the parchment overhang and let cool completely on a wire rack. Once cooled, slice into squares.
