Ingredients

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (plus extra for garnish)

1 tbsp unsalted butter

A pinch of salt

Skewers or long toothpicks (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream and chocolate chips over medium heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.

Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

Pour the chocolate mixture into a large oven-safe serving dish (like a cast iron skillet or a pie dish).

Evenly sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the melted chocolate.

In a small bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined. Sprinkle this mixture over the marshmallows for added crunch.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown and puffy.

Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra crushed graham crackers if desired.

Provide skewers or toothpicks for dipping, and enjoy the gooey, chocolaty goodness!
