Ingredients
  

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup additional chocolate chips for topping

Extra mini marshmallows for topping

1/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs for topping

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.

    In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy and combined.

      Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and add the vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.

        In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

          Stir in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed in the dough.

            Spread half of the cookie dough mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.

              Evenly sprinkle the mini marshmallows across the cookie layer, then top with the remaining half of the cookie dough, spreading it gently to cover the marshmallows.

                Sprinkle the additional chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs over the top of the cookie dough.

                  Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. A toothpick inserted should come out with some moist crumbs (not wet).

                    Allow the bars to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before lifting them out with the parchment paper (if used). Let them cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
