For the Crust:

1 ¾ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 large eggs

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mini marshmallows

½ cup chocolate chips

For the Topping:

1 cup mini marshmallows

½ cup chocolate ganache (made from ½ cup heavy cream and 1 cup chocolate chips)

1 cup crushed graham crackers for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust:

    - Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

      - In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.

        - Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool.

          Make the Cheesecake Filling:

            - In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
