1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)

½ cup milk chocolate bar pieces (for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until all dry ingredients are incorporated.

      Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

        Form the Dough: Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to create your crust.

          Bake the Base: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes until set. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

            Add Marshmallows and Chocolate: Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the crust. Press them down gently into the warm layer.

              Prepare the Topping: In a separate bowl, crush the graham crackers into coarse crumbs. Sprinkle these crushed graham crackers over the chocolate and marshmallow layer.

                Add Milk Chocolate Pieces: Finally, add pieces of the milk chocolate bar on top of everything for an extra delicious touch.

                  Bake Again: Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted and the marshmallows are bubbly and golden.

                    Cool and Cut: Allow the bars to cool in the pan for about 20-30 minutes. Once cooled, use a sharp knife to cut them into squares or rectangles for serving.
