4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Season the Pork Chops: Start by seasoning both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.

    Sear the Pork Chops: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and place in the slow cooker.

      Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

        Combine Ingredients: Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined and the cheese is melted.
