1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides and place them in the slow cooker.

    Make the Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
