1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Cooked rice or mashed potatoes (for serving)

Instructions

Prep the Pork Chops: Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides.

Mix the Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, ranch dressing mix, and chicken broth. Stir until well blended.

Layer in Slow Cooker: Place the seasoned pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour the creamy ranch mixture evenly over the pork chops.

Cook: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork is tender and cooked through.

Add Sour Cream: About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream into the sauce and let it heat through.

Serve: Once cooked, serve the creamy ranch pork chops over a bed of cooked rice or mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy your hearty meal!
