1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (15 oz) corn kernels, drained

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups chicken broth

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lime

Optional garnishes: diced avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, tortilla strips

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by dicing the onion and mincing the garlic. Rinse and drain the black beans and corn.

    Layer in the Slow Cooker: In a slow cooker, layer the boneless chicken breasts at the bottom. Pour in the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes (with their juices), onion, and garlic.
