1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded

1 lb ground beef

6 slices of thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup salsa (mild or medium, according to your preference)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Drain excess fat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

    Mix the Cheeses: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and pepper jack cheese. Mix until well combined.

      Combine Ingredients: In the skillet with the ground beef, add the salsa and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine. Then, fold in the cheese mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently until the cheeses are fully melted and creamy, about 5-7 minutes.

        Add the Bacon: Once the cheese dip is smooth, fold in the crumbled bacon, reserving some for topping.

          Serve: Transfer the queso dip to a serving bowl. Sprinkle the reserved bacon on top and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
