Salami Cream Cheese Roll Ups

8 oz cream cheese, softened

4 oz sliced salami

1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped

1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp Italian seasoning

8 large flour tortillas (or your preferred wraps)

Optional: Spinach leaves for additional crunch

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped chives, roasted red peppers, garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

    Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

      Place 2-3 slices of salami on top of the cream cheese spread, arranged in a single layer. If using spinach leaves, add a few on top of the salami for an added crunch and freshness.

        Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly, making sure to keep the filling intact. Continue rolling until you reach the other end.

          Use a sharp knife to slice the roll-up into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 1.5 inches thick.

            Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

              Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter and chill in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes before serving to allow the cream cheese to set slightly.
