Ingredients

5 cups Chex cereal (of your choice)

1 cup pretzel sticks

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup M&M's or chocolate candies

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp peppermint extract

2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 cup crushed candy canes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Chex cereal, pretzel sticks, mini marshmallows, and M&M's. Set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, stirring halfway through until smooth.

Stir in the peppermint extract and cocoa powder into the melted white chocolate until evenly combined.

Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the Chex cereal mixture and gently fold until everything is evenly coated.

Add the powdered sugar to the chocolate-coated mixture, tossing to coat the mixture thoroughly.

Once everything is well coated, spread it out on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool for about 30 minutes.

If desired, sprinkle crushed candy canes over the mixture before it fully sets for a festive touch.

Once set, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
