Ingredients

2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup shredded cooked bacon

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 package of store-bought pizza dough (about 1 lb)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Hot sauce for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, mozzarella cheese, cooked bacon, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (about 12x15 inches). Use a rolling pin to ensure an even thickness.

Fill the Dough: Spoon the chicken mixture along one long edge of the dough, leaving about 1 inch of space. Carefully fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges by pinching them together to create a log shape. Roll it over so the seam side is down.

Egg Wash: Place the chicken bake on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg for a golden color while baking.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Cool and Slice: Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Slice into pieces and serve warm. Optional: Drizzle with hot sauce for an extra kick!
