2 cups of pumpkin puree

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Whipped cream and pecans for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan to form an even crust. Set aside.

    Make the Pumpkin Layer: In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until smooth. Fold in the Greek yogurt until fully combined.

      Create the Cream Cheese Layer: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and almond extract, mixing until smooth and fluffy.

        Combine Layers: Spread the pumpkin mixture over the graham cracker crust, smoothing out the top. Then, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pumpkin layer.
