Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

A delightful twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (for dusting)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Cheese Fillings: In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Set aside.

Melt Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir well until combined.

Prepare Biscuits: On a clean surface dusted with flour, take each biscuit and flatten it slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.

Fill the Biscuits: Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully bring the edges of the biscuit together and pinch to seal, forming little balls.

Coat with Garlic Butter: Once all biscuit balls are formed, dip each into the melted garlic butter mixture, coating them evenly.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the coated biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are spaced about an inch apart.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Serve & Enjoy: Remove from the oven and brush remaining garlic butter on top of the biscuit bombs for extra flavor. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 8 biscuit bombs
