Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

A delightful twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Flaky Layers Biscuits

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Open the tube of biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches wide.

In the center of each biscuit, place about 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese followed by 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit around the cheese, pinching to seal. Roll it into a ball and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Brush each biscuit ball generously with the garlic butter mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8 biscuit bombs
