Ingredients

2 large russet potatoes

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Fries: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and scrub the potatoes, then slice them into thin fries or wedges. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Cook the Steak: While the fries are baking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced flank steak, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and green bell pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they're tender and caramelized.

Assemble the Dish: Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and layer the cooked flank steak and sautéed vegetables on top of the fries. Sprinkle the provolone and mozzarella cheese generously over the top.

Melt the Cheese: Return the loaded fries to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.

Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately while hot.
