Instructions

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

      - Add the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well-coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.

        Prepare the Creamy Green Sauce:

          - In a blender or food processor, combine cilantro, jalapeño, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

            - Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Set aside.

              Cook the Chicken:

                - Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

                  - Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the juices run clear, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

                    Serve:

                      - Slice the cooked chicken and arrange it on a serving platter. Drizzle generously with creamy green sauce.

                        - Serve with rice or quinoa on the side, and garnish with lime wedges and additional cilantro.
