Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/3 cup pepper jelly (red or green)

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and crumbled feta. Use a hand mixer or fork to blend until creamy and well combined.

    Add the minced garlic and half of the pepper jelly to the cheese mixture. Mix well to incorporate all the flavors.

      Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

        Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and spread it into an even layer.

          Spoon the remaining pepper jelly over the top of the cheese layer, creating a beautiful glaze.

            Sprinkle with fresh chives for garnish.

              Serve immediately with tortilla chips or sliced baguette for dipping, or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to serve cold.
