2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

3/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

For the Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, and egg until well combined. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 2 minutes until smooth.

    Roll Out the Dough: Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface.

      Make the Cinnamon Filling: In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon together. Spread the softened butter over the rolled-out dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly across the top.
