Ingredients
  

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

12 slider buns

1/2 cup diced celery

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Lettuce leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and place them in a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.

    Shred the Chicken: Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Shred the chicken using two forks and place it in a mixing bowl.

      Mix the Sauce: Add the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing to the shredded chicken, and mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.

        Assemble the Sliders: Split the slider buns in half. On the bottom half of each bun, layer some shredded chicken mixture, followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese, diced celery, and sliced green onions. Place the top half of the buns on top.

          Bake: Transfer the assembled sliders to a baking dish and brush the tops with olive oil. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

            Serve: Allow sliders to cool for a couple of minutes, then serve warm on a platter. Add lettuce leaves for garnish if desired.
