4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 cup long-grain white rice

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups fresh spinach

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, diced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the chicken to the skillet and sear for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

    Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.
