4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

3 cups chicken broth

8 ounces egg noodles

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set it aside.

    Sauté the Garlic: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

      Cook the Noodles: Pour the chicken broth into the skillet and bring it to a gentle simmer. Add the egg noodles and stir to combine. Place the seared chicken thighs on top of the noodles. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the noodles are tender and the chicken is heated through.
