Ingredients

1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

½ cup granulated sugar

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

Extra crushed peanuts for garnish (optional)

Chocolate shavings or sauce for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust. Set aside.

Make the Filling: In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth. Gradually add the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar, beating until combined.

Add the Whipped Cream: In another bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until it’s fully incorporated and smooth.

Assemble the Pie: Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust and spread it evenly with a spatula.

Chill: Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm. For the best flavor and texture, chill overnight.

Serve: Before serving, garnish with crushed peanuts and chocolate shavings or drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired. Slice and enjoy this creamy, dreamy dessert!
