Ingredients

18 Oreo cookies, crushed (plus extra for garnish)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)

1 tablespoon cocoa powder (for dusting)

Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well-coated. Divide the mixture evenly among 6 serving cups, pressing down to form a firm crust at the bottom.

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well combined and no lumps remain.

Fold in Whipped Cream: Gently fold in the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream; this will keep the filling light and airy.

Assemble the Cups: Spoon the cheesecake filling over the Oreo crust in each cup, filling them to the top. Smooth the surface with a spatula.

Chill: Place the filled cups in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set. For best results, chill overnight.

Garnish and Serve: When ready to serve, garnish each cheesecake cup with additional crushed Oreo cookies, a dusting of cocoa powder, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
