1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup Kit Kat bars, chopped (plus some for topping)

For the chocolate ganache:

½ cup heavy cream

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of 8 individual serving dishes or a springform pan to create the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.

Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, mixing until fully incorporated. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
