No-Bake Coconut Praline Cookies

2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, rolled oats, almond butter, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed and form a sticky dough.

    Add Nuts & Chocolate: Fold in the chopped pecans and mini chocolate chips (if using) into the mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

      Shape Cookies: Using a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop, portion out the mixture and roll into small balls or flatten them into cookie shapes. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
