2 cups crushed graham crackers

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups whipped cream (or whipped topping)

1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)

1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)

1/4 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand, then press it firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Place the crust in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.

    Make the Cream Cheese Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and creamy.
