Ingredients

1 can refrigerated croissant dough (8 oz)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon melted butter

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Croissant Dough: Unroll the croissant dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.

Assemble the Filling: In a bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder together until well combined.

Fill the Croissants: Take one triangle of croissant dough and place about 1 tablespoon of the mozzarella and pepperoni mixture at the wider end of the triangle. Roll it up tightly towards the point, tucking in the edges as you go to seal in the filling. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.

Butter and Season: Place the rolled croissants on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese for added flavor.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Let the croissant rolls cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 8 croissant rolls
