Mountain Man Crock Pot Breakfast

8 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups frozen hash browns

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 small onion, diced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Brown the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled breakfast sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat and set aside.

    Layer the Ingredients: In the Crock Pot, layer the frozen hash browns evenly on the bottom. Then add the cooked sausage on top.
