12 oz white chocolate or white chocolate chips

1 cup mint-flavored Oreos, crushed (about 10-12 cookies)

1/2 tsp peppermint extract

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)

Extra crushed Oreo cookies for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet (about 9x9 inches) with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy removal.

    Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, place the white chocolate or white chocolate chips. Microwave in short intervals of 30 seconds, stirring between each session until completely melted and smooth.

      Add Flavor: Stir in the peppermint extract into the melted white chocolate. This will enhance the minty flavor in your bark.

        Combine Cookies: Gently fold in the crushed mint Oreos, making sure they are evenly distributed in the melted chocolate mixture.

          Spread Mixture: Pour the white chocolate and Oreo mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it out into an even layer, about 1/2 inch thick.

            Optional Drizzle: If using, melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl using the same method as the white chocolate. Once melted, use a fork to drizzle dark chocolate over the white chocolate mixture for a decorative touch.
