6 large eggs

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

1/2 cup diced cooked ham or turkey

1/4 cup whole milk

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

      Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, and diced ham or turkey until they are evenly distributed throughout the egg mixture.

        Grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil to prevent sticking.

          Pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 full.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the bites are puffed up and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

              Remove from the oven and let them cool in the pan for 5 minutes before carefully removing them with a fork or spatula.

                Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
