Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter (melted)

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Make the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.

Layer the Toppings: Sprinkle the shredded coconut evenly over the crust. Follow with the semisweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and chopped nuts. Make sure the layers are distributed evenly.

Pour the Milk: In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Pour this mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the pan, spreading it lightly to cover.

Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.

Cool and Cut: Once baked, remove the bars from the oven and let them cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes. Then, carefully transfer the bars to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, cut them into squares or rectangles.

Serve: Enjoy your enchanted magic cookie bars as a delightful treat for any occasion! These bars can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
