Ingredients

Pasta: 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

Ground Beef: 1 lb ground beef

Bacon: 6 slices, chopped

Garlic: 3 cloves, minced

Heavy Cream: 1 cup

Cream Cheese: 4 oz, softened

Parmesan Cheese: 1 cup, grated

Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup, shredded

Beef Broth: ½ cup

Worcestershire Sauce: 1 tbsp

Salt and Pepper: to taste

Olive Oil: 1 tbsp

Green Onions: 2, chopped (for garnish)

Tomato: 1, diced (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta:

    - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

      - Add the fettuccine or penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

        - Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of the pasta water.

          Prepare the Bacon:

            - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy.

              - Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain on paper towels, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.

                Cook the Beef:

                  - In the same skillet with the bacon grease, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

                    - Add minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce, cooking for an additional minute.

                      - Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the beef mixture and set aside.

                        Make the Alfredo Sauce:

                          - In the same skillet, add the olive oil and reduce heat to low.

                            - Pour in the heavy cream and add the softened cream cheese, stirring until melted and combined.

                              - Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce is smooth.

                                - If the sauce is too thick, gradually add some reserved pasta water until the desired consistency is reached.

                                  Combine Everything:

                                    - Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Stir to combine.

                                      - Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything evenly to coat the pasta in the sauce.

                                        - Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.

                                          Garnish and Serve:

                                            - Top the loaded Pasta Alfredo with crispy bacon, diced tomato, and chopped green onions for garnish.

                                              - Serve immediately, enjoying your rich and creamy loaded bacon cheeseburger Alfredo pasta!
