Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

4 strips of thick-cut bacon, chopped

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/4 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain the excess grease, while leaving some drippings in the skillet.

Brown the beef: To the same skillet with bacon drippings, add the ground beef. Use a spatula to break it apart. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Prepare the Alfredo sauce: Lower the heat and add the heavy cream to the skillet with the cooked beef. Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Gradually add the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.

Combine everything: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until the pasta is evenly coated with the Alfredo sauce. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce for an added depth of flavor.

Add toppings: Fold in the crispy bacon and toss in diced tomatoes if using. Give it a final stir to combine all the flavors.

Serve: Plate the Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta and top with additional shredded cheese, green onions, and more crispy bacon if desired.
