2 lbs chicken wings, separated into flats and drums

1/4 cup olive oil

Zest of 2 lemons

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried thyme
