Ingredients

4 chicken legs (thigh and drumstick attached)

1 cup cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

In a large baking dish, place the chicken legs skin-side up. Pour the mushroom cream mixture evenly over the chicken legs, ensuring they are well-coated.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken and sauce.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken legs are cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Serve hot alongside your favorite side dishes, such as rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
